Macy's

This Macy's is at 3500 East-West Hwy in Hyattsville, at the Mall at Prince George's, a few miles south of College Park. It's a multi-level department store carrying brand-name clothing, accessories, beauty and home goods, and it has a 4.2-star Google rating across 2,632 reviews.

Reviews are mixed. Fans single out the fragrance counter, where staff are described as knowledgeable, and some shoppers like ordering online and picking up here. On the other side, several recent reviews describe inattentive or unhelpful floor staff, and one of Google's highlights notes there was no one available to help in the mattress department.

Hours run into the evening every day, with later closing on Friday and Saturday. One reviewer notes plenty of parking at both the front and back of the store. Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot and restroom.
